Accept

Německý metalový soubor založený v Solingenu v r. 1971, přirovnáván m.j. k Judas Priest. Rozpoznávacím znakem je hlas Udo Dirkschneidera, zpívajícího výhradně anglicky. První stabilnější sestava je až z r. 1974. Prvním úspěchem bylo vystoupení na festivalu Pop am Rheim v Dűsseldorfu v r. 1978. Nejvíce ceněno bývá album Restless And Wild . Po něm do kapely přichází Frank na místo Fischera (ten se opět vrací na konci r. 1983). V r. 1987 odchází Dirkschneider (zakládá sk. U.D.O.), jehož střídá Rob Armitage a brzy po něm Američan David Reece. Krátce poté zpívá i Stacey, který nahradil Fischera. Po albu Russian Roulette se v r. 1989 rozcházejí. Comeback se odehrává v r. 1992 ve slož. Udo, Baltes, Kaufmann, Hoffmann. V r. 1994 odchází Kaufmann. Na albu Death Row bubnuje Schwarzmann
